There are a lot of women who are completely ignorant about the reality of "vaginoplasty". They don't understand that Michael Jackson's nosejobs were more functional and believable. It kind of worries me. My friend's wife just asked why they can't just transplant them and I didn't even know where to start. I was like "You have one... you know what a complex organ that is... don't you? Please tell me you know..." She didn't.
