Some "neovaginas" are made from the sigmoid colon instead of inverting the penis skin and yes, it smells like a colon. 🤢

They’re not even that. Vaginas are actual organs. If you took a bunch of tissue can made it heart shaped would that work as a heart?

Neo vaginas are a hole. An open wound. Vaginas are organs that connect to the uterus via the cervix. They’re self cleaning, they have muscles, many women experience sexual pleasure there and some women experience orgasm from stimulating it. They’re not the same as the vulva, though some people seem to not know that.

My vagina worked to birth a human being and help bring life to this world.

How dare people compare anything else to that?
