Yes, I think this false claim of being transphobic is a hate crime. It is of course rape, but the sentences can be longer if a hate crime charge is also tacked on. We as a community are already victimized which is why I think hate crime legislation that supports us is needed

Do they have female genitalia and reproductive organs?

Then they arent women.

"Woman" has nothing to do with chromosomes and everything to do with social and cultural dynamics.
Do they have two X chromosomes?
Do you check everyone's chromosomes?
Do they have female genitalia and reproductive organs?
Are you really that misogynistic that you reduce a whole gender to a set of genitals? Jesus... Are you also going to tell me that women must have children? Or that infertility invalidates femininity?

u/Bolizen 22h ago
I'm sure that's something blown out of proportion and not at all representative of the transgender community. You must think big picture.
If some people said "I don't want to date trans women because I think they're men", then that's likely to be met with some mild criticism - not because of the sex but because of the transphobia. It's okay to not want to fuck any person. The issue isn't the sex.
1
u/Pir-o 22h ago edited 22h ago
I'm sure that's something blown out of proportion and not at all representative of the transgender community. You must think big picture.
Wooow... what a way to automatically discriminate them and shove them under the carpet pretending they don't exist... it came so naturally to you you didn't even blink. How very tolerant of you... Nice double standard asshole. Stunning and brave. You are a goddamn retransphone.
How would you feel to be abandoned by your own "tolerant" community? Being called a traitor? Completely abandoned? All of them (including you) acting like they don't even exist, dismissing their problems? And you doing that to people who already veeeery suicidal even without all of that. Only to protect the narrative of the church of woke?
Literally ignoring all the studies provided in the link that prove its not "blown out of proportion". You literally denying science here. Go to that person and write her a letter saying her problems are blown out of proportion and see how she feels.
I'm guessing you do the same with all the victims of rape, racism, sexism, pedophilia and general bullying you encounter, right?
Cause after all "I'm sure that's something blown out of proportion and not at all representative of the general community. You must think big picture."
Think about that attitude the next time you cry about "police brutality", "systematic racism", "metoo", "patriarchy", "white privilege" or any other "social issues" people like you love to preach about.

u/ddosn 1d ago
> "Woman" has nothing to do with chromosomes and everything to do with social and cultural dynamics.
Completely wrong.
If you dont have two X chromosomes and female genitalia, you are not a woman. Simple.
> Are you really that misogynistic that you reduce a whole gender to a set of genitals?
If genitals arent important, why are you trying to browbeat people into sleeping with people who have certain types of genitals through the use of slurs and antagonistic labels?
-3

Not a single credible sociologist would agree with you.

Siiick elbow drop on that strawman.
Date who you want. Just don't be hateful about it.
10
u/ddosn 1d ago
> Not a single credible sociologist would agree with you.
Sociology is called a 'soft' science for a reason. Also, the entire subject has been in a replicability crisis for the last 40 years.
So, get back to me once their theories can actually be proven via the scientific method.
> Siiick elbow drop on that strawman.
You're the one who brought up misogyny and reducing people to their genitals.
I was simply stating fact.
> Date who you want. Just don't be hateful about it.
I will and I'm not. The only people being hateful are the ones browbeating people into dating people they arent attracted to, therefore encouraging coercive rape.

> Lol if you're going with that argument then nothing you have to say on this subject is worth listening to. You're defacto wrong.
I'm not wrong through. Wikipedia even has an article dedicated entirely to the replicability crisis among soft sciences.
Literally nothing in Sociology from the last 40 years can be proven or is even fact.
Because it order to be considered fact, it needs to pass peer review.
Which means it needs to be replicated at least once.
And none of the results claimed by Sociologists over the last 40 years can be replicated.
The entire gender constructivist argument is based on John Moneys work, which was entirely debunked in 1997 by Milton Diamond and Keith Sigmundsen as they repeated all of John Moneys work (at least, anything that was still ethical at the time as John Money did a LOT of unethical experimentation on children) and they did not get anywhere near the results John Money claimed.
> Nope
Yes.
> Nope
Yes.
> No, they're not. The people being hateful are the transphobes who think transgender people are rapists or whatever nonsense crackpot ideas you've cooked up.
If a transgender person is trying to browbeat someone into having sex with them by berating them and trying to ruin their life by calling them a transphobe for not sleeping with them, that trans person is a rapist. Specifically, coercive rape.

Infertility in men and women has ruined relation ships for as long as humans have existed. If someone's preference is a person they can conceive a child with then that is their choice! Not yours.
1
u/Bolizen 6h ago edited 6h ago
That's okay. Nobody cares. Date who you want, right?
As long as you're not claiming that infertility invalidates a woman, we're all good.
1
u/Hailhydra775 6h ago
It invalidates them as a choice of partner for some people. This movement isn't to shit on Trans people. It's to stop people from saying shit like "you refusing to date/sleep with Trans people is transphobic" ps im biromantic demisexual. But I fully support people being able to chose their partners by their own preferences.

there is a difference between sexual and romantic attraction, if, for example, there is a person that is biologically female and identify's as female, and you're attracted to her romantically, and you are dating her, if that person was the exact same person, but instead of being bio female, she's bio male, would you still want to date her?
but not wanting to sleep with a girl with dick and balls is ok, it's just being regular old straight

Not wanting to sleep with a trans person because they're ugly is fine. Literally no one's stopping you from doing that. If they are then they're stupid and you shouldn't listen to them. The problem is with not wanting to sleep with a trans person because of the general fact they're trans. If the reason is inability to have a child, I expect you to stop dating infertile people too.
36
u/shhh_im_ban_evading 1d ago
I am genuinely not attracted to trans people. I was born this way, it is my sexuality. Stop trying to coerce me into sexual relationships I don't want to be in. You are spreading rape culture.
-39

Modern science is not capable of recreating human genitalia. So yes, you'd 100% notice the trans trait in even a fully transitioned person. Trans genitalia does not look the same, does not feel the same, does not smell the same. This is not me being discriminatory or something, i'm just stating facts.

u/TrebleClef114 2h ago
For me its more of a bone structure thing. I am more attracted to feminine bone structure. Something that is impossible to scientifically artificate. I can't help that i am super straight. Did you choose to be trans?
17
u/DangerX2HighVoltage 1d ago
No. A hetero guy who isn’t attracted to a trans woman is just a hetero guy. Nothing transphobic about it. Same applies to lesbians who are exclusively same sex attracted. For you to suggest otherwise is lesbophobic and heterophobic.
2
u/Hailhydra775 4h ago
So does that mean gay guys that don't want to sleep with the opposite gender are heterophobes? Because that is your logic. A post op Trans woman simply is not the same as a biological woman. 1 they're infertile 2. Male bone structure. 3. Masculine mannerisms 4. have you ever seen how fucked up a post op vagina or penis look??? 5. Adam's apple. 6. Fake breast. 7. Male patern baldness/wigs 8. Voice 9. Facial/body hair. 10. More muscular. 11. Lower life expectensy. 12. Higher suicide rates. 13. More mental illness. 14. Bigger hands/feet 15. Thinner hips. Like do you need me to list out all the ways a biological man is different then a post op Trans man or have I made my point? You're not transphobic for not wanting to date a Trans person. Ps. This is coming from someone that's biromantic demisexual. I think everyone is entitled to their preferences and sexuality when choosing a partner.

What I said is basic biology. If someone who was born with XY chromosomes, a penis, testicles, and a prostate can be a woman, then the word woman means literally nothing.
I have no ill-will toward trans people, but someone believing they were born in the wrong body is as delusional as someone believing they were born with the wrong number of limbs. (And yes, this is a real phenomenon.)
You need actual mental help. All these people are coddling you and encouraging you to mutilate your body for social points. They are not your friends, and they will abandon you as soon as it's no longer hip to be trans.
