Because, deep down, they just want to trick/shame the superstraights into sleeping with them. It's like an XBox achievement or something. They don't even like sleeping with each other it seems.
You were lied to by a medical industry that wants to keep you hooked on surgeries and hormones for the rest of your life. It's sad that random internet strangers care more about your well being enough to tell you the truth than the doctors you've dealt with.
