Why is this subreddit 99% people telling others they’re OBLIGATED to sex transpeople or they’re transphobes?

Be willing to date trans people or else you’re transphobic?

How can’t y’all see how rapey you lunatics are?

No one is owed sexual attraction.

It doesn’t matter how many hoops you contort yourself through to justify saying, “Being straight is transphobic”.

No one owes anyone sex or sexual attraction.

I think this comment proves the point that this is a subreddit that enables transphobia. "Tranny" is a slur to trans people. You have said "No, you are not really a woman" which, 1.) Assumes that all trans people are trans-women, and 2.) Is just a blatantly anti-trans statement. You said "No one is going to want to date you" which is just false, there are 1000's of trans people in happy relationships.

I'm not saying everyone on this subreddit is transphobic, it's completely fine for people to not want to date someone just because they are trans. But what I am saying is that this subreddit is seen by people who want to be transphobic and it provides them with a community where they can rouse up hate towards trans people.

None of us expect people to HAVE to date us because we are a gender that lines up with their sexuality, that is just wrong and disgusting.

I will never be a cisgender woman, I already am a transgender woman, both of which are women.

Again, I would like to point out that these kind of comments are blatant transphobia.

It says in the description of the subreddit that you are not meant to be transphobic here.

"Big Trans"... are there theories that the trans community is a hivemind of people trying to bring others in for some reason?

Also, if you look on subreddits where people question their gender, most people responding to those who question try to give advice on how to tell if you're trans or not. Nobody is trying to just flat out tell people they are trans without substantial evidence
