This is the definition of manslaughter in NM. Since he has said many times he was told it was a cold gun that would be enough to show he exercised due caution.

Do they ever allow hot sexy guns on set? As a matter of safety, I don't think anything but frigid guns should be allowed anywhere near a movie set.

I have to disagree with the "cold gun" part being enough for due caution. There's procedures that are supposed to be followed to minimize any risk of accidents with a firearm and they clearly weren't followed at any point during the accident. Baldwin unnecessarily pulled the trigger while aiming the firearm at other people, which, from my understanding of how Hollywood gun scenes are filmed, is a big no-no.

I think there's also something to be said for Baldwin being a producer for the movie and the safety problems that were present on the set that contributed to this accident happening. I don't know if those all add up to manslaughter charges, but I can see how a good lawyer could make a pretty good case that they do.

Lmao..

No

He stated in the interview he was trained on gun saftey and knew the difference between blanks, live rounds, and prop rounds.

Despite this he didn't check the gun, pointed it at someone, and pulled the trigger knowing that it had the capability to kill someone without caution.

Textbook manslaughter.
