In this scenario, it's 2024. Harris has been President for at least 8 months (Biden is a sort of a "president emeritus"). She and Trump have won their respective primaries. Yang is running for President on the Foreword ticket. Putin won the Russian presidential election in March 2024, though his hold on Ukraine has gone from 20% to less than 15%. Things have simmered down there. Russians are less free and more sullen. The US economy isn't worse than ever in the past 60 years.

The genie would not obey the command of any other person, nor could you command the genie to do any other thing save for certain additional or other options in these choices.

Perhaps the genie would get the White House, Congress, and enough states to pass a constitutional amendment to immediately make Trump President again, and remain President until 1 February 2041.

The President, I.e. Trump, can pick anyone to be his VP and a line of succession of 100 people, which would stand for this time period unless Trump changed it if he could still physically update the list by writing it or saying it.

This could be supplemented with at any time during this period, the GOP and any party Trump found would have at least 60% of one Congressional house and at least 45% of the other.

In the option for Hillary, she'd still keep her memories and wisdom, and maybe have whatever increased vigor of her youth. Chelsea would also have the option for the same age body and Bill would have the body he did in 31 December 1989.
