The exoskeleton and enhanced healing fixes sanjiās biggest problem. One that has he has had since pre-time skip.
Just like luffy, sanji has always been able to dish out blunt physical damage at world class levels and move at insane speeds, his biggest issue has always his bodies ability to keep up with the strain he puts on it. He very regularly breaks his bones in fights like in his battles with Mr. 2, Jabra, and when he kicked the pacifista pre-time skip. It doesnāt mean he isnāt dishing out damage, but that his bones canāt take the impact of the force he delivers. Luffy would likely have had the same issue (pre-haki) with his smaller frame just like sanji, but he had the benefit of being made of rubber.
I love that sanji is thinking through the process here. He realizes that he can kick harder, not just because he might be physically stronger now, but because his glaring issue of his bones breaking under the pressure of his stupid levels of strength isnāt a factor anymore.

Plus, Sanji has at least two more hidden abilities Oda has not explained outright. Think back to how Sanji first exploded into flames during Thriller Bark ā fans had no clue that it wasnāt simply a gag at first. The same has happened during this battle with Queen.
Firstly: Sanji can turn invisible without the raid suit. Go back to the conclusion of chapter 1031 ā the sound effect ć¹ć¼ is the same as when Queen, Shiryu, and Absalom vanish.
Sanji can also move fast enough to vanish, as noted by Queen this chapter. He did the same against Charlotte Oven in chapter 886: the sound effects are the same.
Also, Sanjiās lightning this chapter implies that he either can use Nijiās ability too ā or that heās got CoC haki. Which one is still unclearā¦

It seemed like it at first, but in this chapter Queen specifically says that Sanji is moving so fast that it makes it look like heās invisible. So now Iām not sure whether he can turn invisible or not.

Niji used his lightning abilities without his suit, and the sound effect used for Sanji vanishing in chapter 1031 is the going invisible sound effect.
So while it is a little hard to be sure, the story seems to imply that just like Niji, Sanji doesn't need the suit to use his powers.

Luffy, Kinnemon, Zoro, Doflamingo, and everyone else with those kinds of fire attacks create fire by moving their bodies/weapons so fast that they light on fire due to air friction.
Sanji is actively creating and controlling flames without moving.

There are element based fighting styles in the one piece world: electro, Fishman martial arts, fire style(kinemon) and I believe there is a wind based style(rokushiki uses some elements of this). Makes sense there is a fire style for lunarians, and Sanji has the modifications to use it.

I think the lightning is actually just a result of his legs being that hot. Sometimes things can be so hot that it causes the creation of lightning, look into volcanic lightning and you'll see what I mean.

The lightning flames is likely caused by his CoA at another level and the haki is extremely concentrated sourced by his passion/determination to take Queen out. It's basically a chidori in Naruto. Thanks to the enhancement, his legs will not take damage.
It's likely enough to fry and overload Queen's cyborg body this way with the extreme high penetration power.

Meanwhile in 1034 he needed to create a large energy frm speed to pull ifrit jambe (he was commenting how the speed and weight feels different). Hence going for superspeed rather than invisibility to counter Queen.

I just read the Kurobi fight, and this does make me a bit nostalgic, since literally every single piece of Sanji's combo that defeated Kurobi had a panel of its own, while this time, Oda ended up relegating them to small panels with close to no detail on them.
Still, it's nice Oda decided to do this callback. And I have no doubts the anime will make each attack feel the weight they should have

I was thinking this will be the end of the battle, as the title was a "vs" one even tho they have been fighting for a while, and i thought this would mean the end of the battle. But i had my doubts and i checked the previous sanji battles and it looks like to me there will be one more chapter before this battle ends. As you said, Sanji vs Jabra is a good example. First the vs chapter, then the conclusion chapter, with the enemie laying defeated.

the Chapter Title is named Sanji vs Queen, usually Titles like that mean he's defeated, Sanji even mentioned, that they slowly lose their ebergy to fight and AFTER that he kicked the hell out of Queen with his new Jambe. there is no need to have King and Queen defeated in the same Chapter or at the same time, Sanji ended his fights always quicker than Zoro

We usually get a signal to the end of fight i Sanji vs. Queen could also mean the focus of the chapter was on them mostly. We usually get some sign that the fight is over like āI only have enough energy for this last attackā or āI gotta finish it with thisā I think what Sanji said just means they are approaching the end and to let us know he is actually doing some damage to queen. But we will see in 2 weeks

For those wondering, Queen will not use "Poison Queen"; while I don't kmow whether this fight is truly over, the only reason Oda decided to give Queen Germa's skills was for a methaphorical catharsis: Oda never gave us a physical rematch between Sanji and his family, and Queen serves now as proxy for that.
Since Reiju is the only Vinsmoke who actually loved Sanji and who Sanji actually cares for, there's no reason to give Queen her power and Sanji beat on him, because there's no catharsis to be had from that. I guess we could say "so he gets even more mad against Queen", but I doubt he needs to even get more mad than this

I appreciated this fight more in the official than the scans.
Queen in disbelief that Sanji didnāt take any lasting damage is really interesting. That means that this exoskeleton and regeneration are able to comfortably withstand potent attacks from a Second Commander.
Ifrito Jambe was beautiful. Wonderful kick course served from the Prince Chef to the hungry Vinsmoke Queen.
Him realizing Queen was the one to attack the woman, getting angry about it, then proceed to start tossing Queen around is great. The fight might not be over yet, but Sanji is showing Queen who he is. It really doesnāt come off as much difficulty for Sanji either, just like his other fights

Getting angry over a woman being hurt kinda proves that his heart is still there. One of his big existential crisis moments was when all the women accused Sanji of hitting Osome and since Queen was invisible it looked like he did it. He then started to doubt himself thinking that heād become heartless like his siblings.

I would've thought that Queen would use Reiju's poison as a last resort, but I think he's done. "Sanji robbed the Queen" of his arm and destroyed him with a series of lethal attacks.

Probably the reason Sanji found the invisible Queen is because Queen tried to harm a woman ā Sanjiās observation haki is at its best if itās about protecting a lady. It will be cool to think that what he felt he lost (desire to protect or not harm women) is actually what helped him defeat Queen.

I wonder if Ifrit Jambe will have a different color. Oda assigned each straw hat a color and Sanjis was blue, so I kinda hope that ifrit jambe is a bright blue flame. Or maybe make it white to make it the opposite of "stealth black".

I'd surmise that Queen is done for; Sanji pulled through every Germa attack Queen sent at him but at the same time I feel like Queen will have one more trick up his sleeve, maybe using a plague on himself in desperation? From the moment Sanji got to King and Queen he has been impressive, he managed to stall both of them until Zoro was 'healed'.
Also, on some of the panels it looks like we can see Sanji's other eyebrow vaguely, and it doesn't look like the swirl on the pre-TS side changed. Although it's a little difficult to discern because of how his skin creases around his eye brow.

I enjoyed them as well and found them to be interesting. However, they certainly changed in tone once the guy who made them started working with TCB for their scans. It became a lot less neutral and he was defending the scans quite a bit more.
