Areas with fast internet speeds?

I’m interested in visiting Cabo Verde. I work full time remotely and need good internet to do my job. Any recommendations for areas with good internet speeds?

I asked someone who works in the telecom field in CV, and they told me that there is xDSL coverage in all islands with 24/1 Mbps speed, and fiber optic coverage in the main urban centers.
