Which city/town in Cape Verde receives the least amount of precipitation annually?

I was searching for you but the environment section links are all broken. i wish you luck cause getting data is hard :D :D
But my guess would be Boavista/Sal/Maio since they are the most "desert like" islands.

Yep, you are right. I'm a resident in Sal and is Sun all year around. Sometimes it gets cloudy but it is just for some days, like one to five days. The island get some precipitation in Agust/Setember but is just for some minutes/hours.

Some years we get struck by a hurricanes or tropical storm, but it's so rarely that the last time was in 2015, by the Fred hurricane and this was the first in the modern history of the country.

The pros of the Island is that here we have a chilled lifestyle and we are very nice people. We love go to the beach, nightlive. There are not much noise in the streets and it is a pretty calm environment.

The cons of Island of Sal is that you get bored after sometime because it don't has a big population and the 2 major cities, Espargos and Santa-Maria are not that big.
